Review of Sushil International Hotel (3/5 Rating)

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Sushil International Hotel, and unfortunately, it was not a very pleasant experience. I would rate my overall stay as 3 out of 5 due to several shortcomings and disappointments.

First and foremost, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. Upon entering my assigned room, I immediately noticed that it was not very clean. The floors appeared dusty, and there were visible stains on the furniture. The worn-off towels provided did not meet my expectations of a well-maintained hotel.

Furthermore, the bathroom was incredibly small, which made it quite uncomfortable to use. It felt cramped, and only one person could fit in it at a time. This lack of space was definitely inconvenient and affected my overall comfort during the stay.

To add to the disappointing experience, there was a roach infestation in the room. Encountering pests is unacceptable for any hotel, and it significantly impacted my ability to relax and enjoy my stay. The presence of roaches raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance practices.

Overall, my stay at Sushil International Hotel fell short of my expectations. The cleanliness issues, cramped bathroom, roach infestation, substandard complimentary water, limited service hours, and unprofessional staff behavior left me dissatisfied. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the quality of their services and maintaining a higher level of customer satisfaction in the future.

Nice place to stay near Sealdah station... AC rooms are available.. Meals are also available

Very disgusting experience I have gathered while staying at this hotel. Although the rate is so high but didn't service like that. They didn't even give us bathroom soap, there was no dustbin, the room was not clean, the bathroom was in very bad condition. They assure us to clean all of this but after check in and payment they do nothing. The bathrooms are so so so small in size.
While checking out at morning one of the stuffs ask me for Rs. 100 for commission, I replied him "why should I give you commission, what you have done for me?" Even no one helped us to carry our huge luggages and bags upto 3rd floor in both the times.
This hotel was very disgusting and disappointing to us Please think, check well and then choose. Your money, your feelings , your decision........
