Worst service of Square as a testing centre. All the receptionists who take the bookings and arrange for blood collection and other testings are most irresponsible towards patients. They don't inform patients of any time change in the procedures and neither do they send people for blood collection to patient's houses at the right time. All the receptionists have created a clout of their own and there is no manager as well who will take care of such irregularities. Hopeless and worthless diagnostic centre. So not recommend at all!

Experienced 15th August huge discount camp.They gave 50% & 30% Discount on test.Good Ambience,good staffs good facilities.They keep on giving various offers.Reports come online.Very Good experience there.

I have written the patient name for doctor visit on 10th of mach around 12pm.
At the time of Booking I was telling the initial name of the patient but the receptionist asked for the full name with phone number which I provided them.
But the horrible experience happened with me after that.
In the evening When I called up to reconfirm the timing of the visit because the patient need to take a leave from work, the OPD reception told me that there is no name as such for doctor's booking.
What rubbish.
When I asked them that how is this possible when I called up by my own for booking. The 'evening reception' told me that they can't tell about that the only the 'morning reception' can inform about it. Booking is full so nothing can happen now.
If any mistake happen the 'morning' and 'evening' receptionists always blame each other and only the patient suffer for it.
The management would not take any steps to rectify these sought of mistakes because staffs are like God for them and the patient are like beggars to them.
Please don't waste your time there. There are lots of best doctor in other places.
Is this sallon service or patient visit to doctor that patient party would lie to you Mr Square polyclinic?????? #mismanagement #squarepolyclinic #rudebehaviour #shameonyou.
