Its on eof the most important metro stations in the city.its well connected to every corner of North Kolkata.You can board bus,auto,any shuttle from here.can go north or south or central kolkata from here.shyambazar metro is the heart of north kolkata.Its one of the most important part of it.R G Kar medical collgee and hospital is near this mtero station.
