This Guy Sold me a substandard 20W fast charger adapter for 1800 Rs - not working after 1 month.
The same item is 400 Rs online.

My intent is to make awareness within Generic public who are willing to check review before attending this store. Absolute bizarre.

Awful experience! The staffs here are only interested for their own benefits, i.e., by any means selling of the products to get better rewards for themselves. They only will know you till your purchase of the product, after which they will be nowhere there to help you even if the product is faulty. Plus, the staffs are not cooperation at all. They even don't know how to explains a product to the customers. The lady staff here, specially is arrogant and unworthy, showing an unnecessary air of attitude God knows why. Not even after 15 minutes of purchasing a costly phone from here, they refused to help me in any way to get justice. Never ever coming back here. And would suggest all you people not to visit this store if you don't want to be cheated.

Horrible experience. On enquiring for a screen protector the sales person, a lady who was watching videos on her phone kept on asking whether I want to buy it only then will she show me the product. When I requested her to show it to me once she said the screen guard costs Rs. 1200 and whether I still want to install or not only then she will take it out of the cupboard! Was shocked at first at the lack of interest for a sale and the attitude with which she was talking to a customer. Never will i go back to this store! BTW there is a samsung shop right around the corner where u can get all products with a much better sales staff. Management to take note!
