Very costly. One can buy same brand product from much more expanded collection in online or from other multibrand shops. Staff behavior is also not satisfactory. They are reluctant to explain about product or encourage visitors to try products.

Exchange process made very difficult by two lady staff members who have least knowledge about the male apparel.

Billing experience with tall lean with slight bald in white uniform not good. Just roughly threw the card on table after I paid for the balance amount after exchanging.

Brother’s birthday shopping a nightmare.

Valuation of ~22000 before the discount and this is the behaviour.

When problem happening other seniors watching from a very safe distance completely ignore the issue. Only Arshad came forward to help and was helpful and made the exchange possible.

I want to give the Reebok store in South City mall 6 out of 5 stars. This is not for their products because sports gear is a very personal choice and fit in my opinion.
This is for their staff - every single person I interacted with on phone and in store were polite, kind and patient. They were understanding too. I had a lot of questions and they worked with me on my unique requirements as well as post shopping urgency due to extraneous circumstances.
I recommend the shoes as well as the staff
