Very beautiful, serene and well maintained. I visited during morning and really enjoyed walking around this lake surrounded with greenery. Cool Breeze, birds chirping, very good atmosphere and peaceful. Many people come here for jogging, walking and yoga.

Its a lover's point too. In evening you will find couples in the park.
I would recommend to visit during morning to have the best experience.

* Beware of the 3rd gender asking for money and sometimes misbehaving. Nowadays it completely ruins the mood ! Utter mismanagement, it was much better during the earlier days.

Otherwise it's a lovely place. People come here also for morning and evening walk. The atmosphere of this place is cool. Various types of tress are found in the lake. The water is clean. Various types of fish and birds are also found here.

One of the few well maintained large scale lakes present in the city that serves as an excellent spot for serenity and natural greenery. One can expect to find a lot of photogenic places around the park . Often during the evening you can find migratory birds flying by and young trainees rowing in the lake whilst taking a stroll. A perfect place to visit to find some calmness and solitude. There's also a niche little Durga museum tucked away in one corner of the park, do check that out too.
Do not carry around a plastic beverage bottle and food as you won't be allowed to enter inside without leaving it in the gate and don't litter in the park :-)
