This is a place built on the banks of river hoogli. ,with very fine park and with boating facility .there is a monument ,in memory of James Princep. The princep ghat will remain open from 11a.m to 11p.m. The immersion of pratima and bathing on the river is strictly prohibited. There is a beautiful garden along side of the ghat where you can enjoy sweet breeze of the river. The view of sunset and sunrise is popular here. Boating on the river is available here , 400 hundred per hour per person. The boating charges may vary. The view of The Rabindra setu is awesome from here.

Beautiful scenery and quit well maintained by West Bengal government.
