The worse local railway station is ever seen. It's too dirty, utensils are thrown on railway tracks only. This place is overcrowded, only Muslims are surrounded by this place. Few people can feel unsafe in this place, especially girls.
It has 4tracks of the same number which makes confusion, upper and lower with the same numbering of 1,2 platform.
The counter is also overcrowded and there is no line for females.
Besides the railway station, slums are overcrowded so be careful with your bags.

Unhygienic. Smelly place. Too much crowd. Very risky railway platforms. Station covered around by poorly developed slum areas. Thousands of daily commuters travel through this station starting from early morning till night. So many trains pass daily every 3-4 minutes. Even if so many Trains are available, still overcrowded. Overall I do not like this place very much... Its Under Average.

Its Under Average.Although one of the most notorious stations of Kolkata, Park Circus is also an important station where the Sealdah South and Circular Railway lines meet. People need to watch out for pickpockets, snatchers and miscreants who have made this station their unofficial hub. The area around the station is also shabby and displeasing. The station is always crowdy. The surrounding is very dirty.
The place is not good to eat anything.
Don't eat any stuff there, if you don't want food poisoning.
It has 4 platforms, and has many stores of fast food, snacks, headphones and accessories.
You can also get fruits and vegetables here.
A pay and use washroom is also available.
Parking is also available outside the station.
Its not at all a good place to be there for longer periods.Had occasion to travel to this station to meet a marketing colleague, and decided to spend a few hours walking around the area getting a feel for Kolkata life. Quite an eye opener. The pictures speak for themselves. Kolkata is a city to be experiences with all your senses! 5 stars for the experience! It's a good station if you wanna go to Nicco Park, Science City, Eco Park, Coffee House Newtown. All the buses are available from the footbridge adjacent to the park circus railway station.
But the platform is dirty. There's no restroom.Mostly busy station of Sealdah South extension. Very crowded and dirty station I have ever seen. Both sides are occupied by slum dwellers. No rules and regulations here. No resting place. No toilets are available here. Even no parking lot. No wheelchair accessible entry. No train time table.
