I have no complaints against the person who had put in all the effort to bring relief to me. She was excellent with her job. But what about the basic cleanliness of the place? Why are we given stinky towels? The towels are all oil smeared and never washed properly. The bathrooms have torn Loofahs. The floors are so slippery that I was almost about to trip. I had recommended this place to my friends who all came back with the same complaints. I would request the authorities to kindly look into this ASAP.

Its shocking to see that how can this place using the name of SRI SRI is so unhygienic & unprofessional..
The therapist didn't make any remark on my pain in the leg, instead he was more keen on peaching about his personal business. He was also very interested on giving personal session of treatment at home. With the price we paid it was really awful to use dirty towels. The steam chamber was totally unclean, they don't even care to clean it after the use of one client.
The bathroom was dirty, the mixture tap were horrible, torn used shower scrub hanging. The worst shock was that the water stopped in the middle of my shower, & they didn't had any solution..

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! IT WAS AN EMBARRASING MOMENT AS I BROUGHT 2 PERSON ALONG WITH ME GIVING GOOD FEEDBACK.

WILL NEVER COME AGAIN & NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE..
