I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Orient Residency in Saltlake City, and I must say that it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Despite its claims of being the "best" and "top-rated" guest house in the area, my stay was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.

First and foremost, the customer service at Orient Residency was appalling. The staff seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of assistance or hospitality. They were rude and unresponsive to my needs and requests throughout my stay. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by merely being a guest at their establishment.

To make matters worse, the prices charged by Orient Residency were exorbitant considering the appalling quality of the accommodations and services provided. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere for a better value and experience.

The guesthouse is in CJ Block, Bidhannagar. The rooms are economical and clean. It is equipped with AC, TV, Geyser, Double Bed, Chair, Table and Wardrobes. The food they provide is freshly cooked in their kitchen, so might get the home food feeling.
Everything is awesome just one small issue if you're a light sleeper, every morning there is loud motor sound which I guess someone uses to fill his water tank.

My overall stay experience at this hotel is just amazing. condition of the room is good. the behavior of staffs r also grt.the services r very much impressive. most of things is it's location.I really enjoyed.
