Very irresponsible staffs!!!! I called them up to inquire about a medicine...they said that the medicine is available in their store and asked me to call them up before showing up so that they can keep the meds ready for me .i again called them up next day before visiting the shop..they said they have the meds ready for me..but when I finally visited, those medicines were not available in their store...they assured me that i would get the medicine within two days...and were very confident in saying this ..so i again called them up after two days...this time they said vry casually that it would take another 15-20 days... Completely Wasted my time and energy . even after calling up and confirming before visiting the store, customers are facing such consequences ...
