Located at such a prime location & has a good arrangment of cabins, desks, and big tables. The interior, lighting is really good.

Artistically designed and good for small and individual freelancers. They have a small kitchen and cafe as well. Liked the atmosphere here.

I recently visited the "Motherland Studio" cafe in Park Street for breakfast after my yoga session, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! The cafe has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of seating options for both individuals and groups. I tried their Cold Coffee and it was delicious. The coffee was perfectly balanced and had a smooth flavor. I also ordered a Parsi Omelette, which was freshly served with their home grown lettuces and cherry tomatoes and home baked multi grain bread that paired well with my cold coffee. The service was also excellent. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable. The cafe itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating options.

Overall, I highly recommend Motherland Studio cafe to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a cozy atmosphere. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and drinks, and the service is top-notch. I can't wait to come back and try some of their other menu items!

The aesthetic interiors and homely arrangement made the ambience great for brainstorming creative ideas.
Great place for freelancers.
