Shaikat and his team at Mettle fitness have transformed my life to be honest. I am based in London and got in touch during the pandemic.

We started the virtual sessions and talked about what I wanted, which was to gain muscle mass and get in shape. We changed my diet. My fitness and form doing exercises changed completely. I had been doing many of them wrong for years.

I tried several other fitness regimes and trainers prior but the patience and the investment of Mettle fitness into my health was something I never got elsewhere.

Solid training, advice, professional expert help.

Highly recommend and have done so to many who have joined and changed for the better.

Always Recommendable ! A well maintained fitness studio with professional trainner. They all are very much punctual and polite in behaviour. Budget friendly - Timings good
Location- easy to reach. They do guide on client's healthy diet also. I would say it is completely 'One stop solution' for every one .. ????

One of the best and the only online platform which genuinely helped me achieve that body. Honestly I have been trying a lotttt but due to time constraints was never successful. I had different health issues as well but they managed to smoothened that as well
