Worst management and absolute lack of responsibility from the side of the hospital.
An appointment for CT Angiography could not be fixed by them for an entire week, with fixing and immediately cancelling the appointment on alternative days!

So , things ended up like fixing the appointment on a certain day, and announcing the cancellation next day when you are just about to get out of your home for the hospital. With the excuse of "machine malfunction" , they could have totally cancelled everything instead of causing harrasment to the patient.

This results into not only STRESS ON THE PATIENT, WHO HAS TO TRAVEL TO AND FRO FOR 2.5 HOURS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES SOME MEDICAL AND HEALTH PREPS BEFOREHAND, WHICH ALL WENT IN VAIN JUST BECAUSE OF THE IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THE HOSPITAL.

We don't know how greedy can an institution be of money, that they even go to the extent of compromising health of cardiac patients and delaying the necessary tests.

There's a big question on "accountability" if the patient suffers from any health issues!!!

Thus, I shall NEVER suggest anyone to avail services from Medica regarding such crucial tests because of such irresponsibilities. Yes, I agree that Medica has good mechanial facilities, yet that's NOT Everything one can boast of. At the end of the day, all that matters is how the patients are treated.
