Perfect place for photographers at evening the view of the howrah bridge is just fabulous... You will se a brunch of photographers captureing people.
Near the ghat ,,, Asia's largest flower market ????????????????is placed,,,,here you can find enormous variety of flowers, flower bouquet at the cheapest price depends on your bargaining skill.
Atleast you should not complain about the untidiness because it's a bazar

A ghat in bank of river Ganges just where Howrah bridge touches Kolkata . The area is famous for wholesale flower market ,which is largest in Asia . The area is not very clean and also limited option for food . It is frequently visited by photographers and also couples for pre wedding shoot .

It's a wonderful place. There are lot of frames in each time of a full day till evening. Best place for photography.
