Horrible quality shoes. Purchased formal shoes for Rs. 3,500 from Mani square outlet. Wore shoes for 10 days n sole started tearing from sides, n heel. On around 25-26 th day, the entire sole tore off in tips n bits... Making it look so bad... Went to the store to get it fixed, n they said they Wil change the sole with a charge of 500... They said they warranty only on the pasting, Nt sole... They also said that, rakha Hua joota ka sole kharab hoga hi, u hv to wear it everyday so tht it dsnt tear.. Also told that we put up sale so that such defectithings r sold off, but while selling we were never told anything like tht. I have been a loyal customer of magnet since last 4-5 years, but now, I will never visit tht store again.. The experience with the sales people of the store was horrible, and also the after sales service is worse... I have had an experience with other brands also, and they repair their entire shoes even if we take it aft 2 years of purchase... Magnet's staff is bad, shoes is bad, service is bad. Never visit
