Very bad place to host an event indeed. Instead of maintaining the property, owner only focuses his time on replying to reviews. Faulty and old electrical wiring which lead to frequent electrical fluctuations and power outages in the hall When we booked the hall, the owner commited to us in writing that we were entitled to 4 hours of A.C. at Rs. 57000. A week before the event, the owner told us that we would not get any A.C. at the price and we have to pay Rs.60000 for full 4 hours of A.C. use. So we paid Rs. 60000. During the event, the owner randomly switched off 2 A.C.s and argued that all A.C. were on. Our event was from 2pm to 8 pm and the owner suddenly decides to do electrical work in the middle of our event and shuts off all 4 A.C.s and then he decides to completely shut off power and insists that all the A.C.s are on. He also has the guts to call us liars when we say that he is not fulfilling his commitment. Although we fulfilled our side of the deal and faid full Rs. 60000, the owner did not commit to his part of the deal. I have the documents to back up my statement if the owner says otherwise.

Horrible place,we went as an exhibitor in an exhibition,the act dint work properly, ac not fitted throughout in the hall,old age electric lies,our induction ovens were turning off again and again as the lines couldn't take the load. The place was not cleaned properly too,untidy olace
