Horrible store experience with horrible staff behaviour. They shouldn’t be allowing the customers to enter after 9pm if the store is closing at 9:30pm. They will allow the people to enter then switch off lights and ACs! What nonsense is this! No other lifestyle store across India has these kind of store policies!

The store should have provision for sofas / chairs / seating arrangements for its customers. I visited the store with my old parents and grand mother but it was a pain for them to keep standing for long.
The experience was not very comfortable. Suggest you to work on providing seating arrangements in all the floors.
