Staffs are well behaved, but laid back attitude, no promptness at all..time given for doctor appointment does not match at all..atleast a gap of 3 hrs..the lady who gives injection is worse..as if she is doing some favour..if no other option only then should visit this place .

Dr. SOUMYARUP DAS er doctors licence cancel kora uchit. Keno na patient hoye unar kache dekhate gele patient er sathe je vabe behaviour kore ,mone hoye patient kono churi koreche .

I had Pathetic experience with them, Doctor
SOUMYARUP DAS doesn't know how to handle people, patient.
He thinks patient must know the medical terms and all the medical knowledge about the disease. If the patient don't know the term then that's a crime. Pls don't go there.
As we all think Doctor are live saviour just like God.But after visited him he changed my thoughts.

I had my mother's ( senior citizen ) endoscopy here. I was very unsatisfied. She went through too much pain. And I was very helpless, couldn't do anything. Not a professional centre and definitely not patient oriented. Lacks basic hygiene and cleanliness.
