The training process has got a lot of vulnerabilities. With my time spent alongside Ido, there are way many appendages the martial art provides. Quit it after a few months. Low-key experience.

I feel everyone must have atleast some sort of knowledge in self-defence art. Its absolutely necessary for office goers or students (irrespective of Gender), as they may face strange incidents on road. Beside, having routine knowledge in YOGA and other Gym techniques, I was looking for some different art of self defence. Fortunately, I found this academy, even in this tough time of pandemic.
I sincerely grateful to Ashish Sir and Giten Sir, for being so co-operative. I specially thanks to Ashish Sir, who spare a time-slot for me, from his busy schedule. Not only that, he is very friendly as a teacher, which is necessary for healthy and fruitful training.
Just as a newcomer, I wish that I can accomplish my mission by the blessings of all well-wishers

It's been a great experience learning self defence techniques in this academy. The training is not limited in fighting techniques, it also focuses on incresing strength, stamina, balance and endurance.
