There is a KMC office in Baghajatin. This building comprising four storied building along with ground floor. One lift is there. All the staff are working with care. KMC office situates on the third floor. There are ward nos 101 to 114 in the office. One chief manager, manager, assessor colector and 3 deputy collectors are there in the office. Lastly, they are co-operative.

There are many vacant spaces in 1st floor for shops or service counters but of no use for decades. Ground floor spaces are occupied by various shops and service centres but 100% occupancy not done. 2nd floor is occupied by Bank of India. 3rd floor is occupied by KMC WARD office. Lift is not in a good condition. Area is unhygienic, filthy & dusty.Overall Maintenance required.
