I ordered for bhoger khichuri along with aloo dum,payesh and papad but as I couldn't eat aloo today..the owner was very kind enough to give me more payesh.I am very thankful for the gesture to the kind lady owner but once i rated the food for not being good as it was not khichri and it was kind of masala bhaat.She got annoyed and messaged me stating that it would have been better if she dint take my request of switching aloo dum with extra payesh..
Firstly learn how to pack food properly in proper containers as we are not taking YOUR FOOD ITEMS ARE BEING PAID FOR BY CONSUMERS.Secondly just bcos u did the switching of items I AM SUPPOSE TO RATE U GOOD FOR THE FOOD THAT WAS NOT GOOD REALLY?
Thirdly it could have been taken in a positive manner and worked up on there are loads of cloud kitchen whoe take it in the best positive manner unlike u who messaged me in the revengeful manner.
