The season of monsoon means ilish and here you can get varieties of preparation. All the fresh and you will actually love it . The ilish they are using is really fresh ???? I tried many of their preparation but my favourites are - Ilish Momo , sorshe ilish and smoked boneless ilish with rice pilaf ????
In each preparation of ilish you will get two decent size cuts from ilish ????

Bengal is famous for its culture , heritage and it's festivals????. So we are all in the month of April where we celebrate our Bengali New Year❤ as Poila Baisakh ❤.. So to make our Poila Baisakh more delightful and joyful, Khanasutra, Park Prime Hotel brings us a Bengali Food Festival ???? and which makes this auspicious festival and takes to the next level ❤....
➡️The Festival is starting from 8th of April and continuing till 17 th of April at the First Floor of Park Prime Kolkata ????❤
➡️The timings of this buffet is divided into two sessions
⏭️ Lunch Sessions - 12:30pm - 3:30pm
⏭️ Dinner Sessions - 6:30pm - 10:30pm
➡️ There will love folk dance shows and many more exciting performance from 15th March to 18th March which will add a different level of excitement to this pure and blissful occasion
➡️The price of the buffet for lunch sessions and dinner sessions are 1099 and 1299 respectively . . .
They are providing Unlimited Bengali Buffet during this festival and they have set a three menu which they will serve every alternative days so as to justify this festival and cover all the unique preparation of Bengali dishes.. They are covering about 40+ dishes every day starting from Bengalis famous Aampora sorbot and the favorite snack of Bengali... Fish Cutlet and Fish kabiraji and the main course section is the most exciting one as it covers the bengalis emotion, Mutton Kasha and Chingri and many more exclusive and unique items... The end is the best with again a bengalis emotion, Rasogolla and Misti Doi... Though the dessert section is beyond explanation and all the sweet dish melted my heart and overall had a great experience ????❤

A perfect place were I enjoyed a lot this poila boishak. This time I tried their bengali food festival menu and it was just amazing. One can try 60+ items form their extensive menu. They had both 'epar bangla' and 'opar bangla' menu and all the items were just outstanding. One must visit khana sutra restaurant and try out their bengali cuisine.
