Previously the club used to be financed by the nobility of the locality. But with time the society and the Kalighat locality degraded. With it the club members.
Now Juba Maitri club is nothing better than clubs ran by holigans and anti-socials.
Juba Maitri once was known for its participation in social cause. And unfortunately now the same club blocks roads for cricket matches, and taunts women and elderly on roads publicly.
A shere shameful act by the club ☹️
