I just love the gym. Very helpful and professional trainers.. they guide you properly without taking personal trainers which is now a days rare. Must visit.

The gym is spacious, the main USP of this gym is that the trainers are very helpfull and provide an encouraging, holistic atmosphere for beginners and advanced bodybuilders both. They never force anyone to take personal training. Deep and Hrishit both of them have immense knowledge and provides a scientific basis behind each workout, each set and each rep.

However, a major con is that the equipments are not taken adequate care of, we have the rowing machine out of order for many months, also one of the treadmills has already reached its end of life and struggling to keep up!
I would suggest the gym management to look into this matter as a gym of this calibre and space has great potential if nurtured properly!

The trainers are very helpful and friendly. The owner is also very friendly so they help me out with the posture. Moreover, they help you even without personal training. The diet that they suggested is working for me too hence, I highly recommend people to join this gym if they wanna achieve their physique goals. ????????
