This is nice and clean Canteen or you ma call it a full fledged restaurant only difference is this is pre paid self service type of place.
Food is very tasty and fresh. I had masala Dosa , I must say this is the best dosa you can get near to this place.
My friend had thali, that to look fresh.
I will update other foods as well as I taste them in coming times.

It is a very clean and appropriately air conditioned restaurant on the ground floor of Bikash Bhawan. They have two separate sections. One for food and the other one dedicated to beverages. Quality of food is good. The range of beverages is wide enough. A nice eatery in a government office.

The restaurant is situated on Inside of East building ground floor Bikash bhawan. Like other restaurant of the chain, it is medium but good and clean. The fast food and meals are available but at mid range. When I was visit this restaurant I order mix non veg chowmin and chili chicken. I must say food quality is good in mid range. Freshly prepared with good taste. I recommend the place for a relatively hygienic place where you can enjoy your food on table with family. Some South Indian dishes (as per menu) were available here like Idli, Dosa, Dahi bada etc and also fruit juice is available.
