If I give a 5 star rating then that would be for the doctors there ....they all are incredibly incredible.
Now coming to the main part ...about the service... The first time i visited ink opd building was on 2nd may 2022 , that was without patient , I took only the reports nd undoubtedly I got a nice experience, then also for the next time when I visited there with my patient , I was really helped a lot by the staffs there , but this is very unfortunate that today I went there with my grandfather who's the patient, I really experienced a worst treatment today for the total team staffs (not the doctors).. I needed a wheelchair access, I got that but there was no one to take the wheelchair to the doctor's chamber , I had to push it ... Secondly there was no nurse infrnt of the doctor's chamber, there was no bp measurement before entering to the doctor's chamber , the staffs are polite but due to the enormous amount of patients out there they cannot access each of them properly which is definitely a problem but we , the common visitors also except a warm and generous ambiance from ink cuz it's one of the top hospital in Kolkata for the department of neurology, so yes , I must give a 2 star rating for my today's experience which was worst ...I really want the head of the managing team to check my review and focus of the ongoing problem faced by many ..

Good doctor's, rates are reasonable 500/-for consulting Dr..other test MRI MRA CT scan rates are comparatively less...
Parking at a drawback., and sisters taking to Dr.
needs to behave properly.
