I would have given no stars as a rating had there been an option. The branch is filled with absolutely incompetent staff. Neither do they pick up the phone nor do they reply to emails. And to add to that, their behaviour is worst. I got my home loan balance transferred to another financial institution due to this horrible experience. Not at all recommended!

Highly unprofessional bank. I have taken home loan from this bank. My application formality was handled by Mr Debraj working in this branch. My loan was supposed to be processed under PMAY yojana. At the time of application I signed all documents and gave to Mr Debraj. After 6 months when i was following up with bank for my subsidy refund, i got to know Mr Debraj didn't process my application under PMAY as he had to meet his quarterly sales targets and application under PMAY takes little extra time to process. Mr Debraj should be fired and bank should take strict action against him as this is a fraud case.

FYI- me and my family closed all savings and FD account with bank after this incident.
