Worst experience. To stat with, as per Google they are Saturday closed, while they work as per any Bank timing norm. So, no proper team to take care of marketing. Anyways, that's not my concern, however this place is not at all recommended if you are visiting for Adhar related work and not an account holder of this bank. You will get special privileges if you are a IDBI account holder or else unfriendly staff will inform you that they only do 15adhar work a day and you have to visit again. Even if the staff is ideal and sitiing and chit chatting around. Good job team, keep it up this is how we expect a banking team to behave. By the way, pls ask the marketing team (if you have one) to maintain n published proper update.

Today on 3 SEPTEMBER 2021 at 2:30pm I VISITED THID PARTICULAR BANK,EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE SITTING ON A BANK DESIGNATION. NO ENQUIRY COUNTERS AVAILABLE AND IF YOU ASK SOMEONE TO ANSWER YOUR QUERIES, WHAT AN ANIMATED EXPRESSION A MAN SITTING IN THE FIRST COUNTER GAVE ME.HE ASKED ME WHAT I WANT TO ENQUIRE ABOUT. INFORMED HIM I WANT TO ENROL MY CHILD.HE ASKED MY CHILD'S AGE.ON REPLYING HE TOLD ME CHILDREN LESS THAN 7 YEARS OLD ARE NOT ENROLLED HERE AND TOLD ME TO VISIT GPO.I can't trust his words.I sould have asked him why so that children below 5 years old are enrolled ?.I really Can't trust that man's words.
