The location of the hotel is good. But the entry to the hotel is complicated. The parking isn't available in the property. The valet parks the car on the roadside.

Property is under renovation so expect dust, smell and noise during your stay. Staff is very very rude and unlogical.

I had to cancel my booking after waiting for 1 hr to check me in. Then they lie saying room was ready, when countered with questions the lady at reception agreed the mopping was pending.

The manager is arrogant and when escalated the situation instead of resolving it asked me to leave the property and threaten to call security on me. I said YES, you call security I will call up Police then he got silent.

Escalated complain to MMT, they refunded me the amount and asked them to take action on the property which is ongoing.

I have stayed here multiple time and my overall experience has been satisfactory. Staff is good but service needs to improve.
Location - 5/5
Service - 3/5 (Spl hot water wasn't available)
Food quality - 4/5

Was on a business trip, so hardly had much time to explore the property but the rooms and food were really nice.

Briefed by the receptionist on the do's and dont's at the time of check-in.

Wifi with decent speed available at property for free.

Overall a pleasant stay!
