Hello all... I gave birth on July 2019. It was a high risk pregnancy due to pre-eclampsia, I had many physical issues to deal with like polyarthralgia, knee swellings and pain,constipation, bloating, sleep problems, headaches, anxiety, depression and with that I had to lose some weight. And I had psoriasis, that flares up quite a bit periodically since 2013.
I went to visit Meena ji on September 1st, 2022 after trying on my own for almost 3 years with lots of trial and error and I was finding myself out of depth. Meena ji listened to my problems with lots of patience. And showed the way to deal the problems through diet.
Within a month it showed result. My constipation, bloating, body aches and headaches, sleep problems were not there anymore. My psoriasis is not flaring that badly since then. I have lost quite a few kgs. My muscles are getting stronger. I feel stronger than ever in my life. And I feel more calm and getting my confidence back.
I couldn't thank her enough.

Dr.Meena gupta is an amazing dietician ,my husband followed her diet chart n he reduced around 15kgs with sugar level also under control.

Someone known recommended me to visit Mrs Gupta for my fluctuating diabetes. I followed her diet plan for almost 5 months and after one week of following her diet my fluctuating diabetes is in control and have lost 7 kgs weight since.
