It was my baby’s first grooming and honestly I was worried about it since Rolex has got some bad experience in the past having issues with his nail’s getting trimmed. Although I had my trust over Head up for Tails since I heard a lot about them . Especially Sujina & Soumyajit made me and my family way too comfortable on the first visit itself and we were being treated like a family . Upen & Saddam thanks for cleaning up the mess Rolex did over there ???? . I would recommend every pet parent to meet Micheal once before taking out their baby anywhere else because he first consults the owner and then makes their baby comfortable and groomed accordingly. Can’t wait to visit once again and soon ????????

Today was my baby's 1st grooming experience..though i was nervous he may not allow anyone to do things which i personally used to do with him..but,amazingly everything went perfect❤️ all the staffs are very friendly and professional,they exactly know how to handle these fur babies without any muzzle or force..it was smooth..

The grooming was done in a very gentle way. All the groomers were so friendly and took perfect care of him.

I loved the service as well as the ambience and looking forward to visit again soon .
Thank you everyone in huft for making my baby feel so comfortable & happy????????❤️

Great selection of products for both cats and dogs, and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. I almost exclusively shop at this store. My kitten Polkie was even groomed there for the first time, and I couldn't have been happier about the experience- not only was great care taken in the bath and blow-dry but everyone did their best to make her comfortable and even allowed her to roam the store for a while and rest on the in-store cat trees. Overall very pleased, and will continue to shop here.
