They don't answer calls even within working hours. They are extremely slow in their service. Didn't quite understand if it's a pvt bank. Bad. Very bad. They did not call out the token numbers before 30 mins despite no queue.

I have visited this branch today for the first time, sharing a very bad & poor experience.

Staffs are totally unprofessional, having rude behaviour towards people who came for.

They have the token Q system bt bank staff does follow that if anyone have known person there they don't require to take token or if takes i.e value less they call them up & solve their issues, others are just harrassed there

i took an education loan in 2019 my loan amount was 1.65 lacs , i paid interest for almost 3 years now , my current interest is inr. 1775 rupees , now they are saying i need to pay 3416 rupees for 7 years to close my loan , how is that possible, what is the interest rate for education loan?? 286944 i need to pay for loan amount of 1lakh 65thousand , what is this and already i paid interest worth 30k atleast, dipankar from hdfc glinder branch misguided us, about rates and cahrges, they did not even gave me laon bond , just blindly signed from from me and my mother. the worst possible bank ever and worst customer service , i wont pay any single penny if they dont clear us and show the loan bond at my doorstep
