The hotel owner and his MANAGER MR. TORUN both is big bustard because of the behaviur and attitude, they always chitting with people about service they never fix TV, AC, blanket and pillows even they will fraud for water quantity and price.. Also they dont cleen rooms, even 4/5 days.. Never recommended to others...????????u200d????????

The only thing I stayed in this guest house because it is very close to Rabindranath Tagore Hospital. Otherwise I would never come here. This guest house has no fridge, woven or anything where you can process or keep food. Even the lift is manual. You have to open and close two separate doors each time you enter or leave the lift ????. This is a hospital area. Three or more big international hospitals are here and the road of this guest house is broken can you imagine that? And also the flies on food in almost every food stall OMG ,are you serious ! All this costs 1500 rupees daily and I had to pay that for treatment of my family ????

Good , quiet place to stay. Nice rooms but in need of repair and a good scrubbing. Only interacted with the night manager, very professional and friendly guy. Meals, tea etc. are available with help from the staff.
Only thing I really didn't like about my room are the bugs. It may not bother many but I hate cockroaches and bloodsucking bugs
