Bought a beautiful sofa from Godrej Interio Axis Mall. However an unexpected ordeal owing to ill practices of showroom dealer made the experience sour. After placing the order the item was delivered earlier than promised tineline. After closely reviewing the condition of the delivered item we suspected that it was not a fresh unit. We went to the store immediately to realise that indeed the store's demo/on-display unit was delivered to us! We inmediately sent a complaint mail to Godrej and the store's contact ids.

However, what followed next was a seamless follow up by Godrej and a speedy resolution by replacement of the product with a factory fresh unit. I did not have to send any follow up mail neither did i have to do any follow up calls. It took them a week almost to complete the replacement and the new unit definitely looks fresh, smells like new and free of any issues.

Although I am extremely happy with the quick customer support and the overall design of the sofa, I believe the showroom could have simply avoided all the mess caused due to their malpractices.

I went to godrej interior, at axis mall to shop moduler kitchen appliances,their products are of good quality with affordable prices.And the behavior of their employees are also well.
I fully recommend godrej interior.

Worst Services Ever Seen. Whenever Booked for fitter they create a mess. Rude behaviour and worst attitude from fitters and more degraded behaviour from Toton Karmakar and Even the showroom staff ( Shankar Dey) from Godrej Franchise: Kolkata Interiors!!! Pathetic!!!
