Recently i bought a dress which was given for tapering from shoulders which takes one hour.....they said please collect it after 2 days...when we went to collect the dress was not ready they assured that they will swiggy it the same evening next day called their store....the staff named komal was in leave least bothering about the delivery...i connected with her and she had all sorts of excuses. Very rude and impolite staff, specially a lady in her middle age. Kept constantly nagging while I was in the trial room to hurry up, although it wasn’t like people were waiting outside to give trial. Decided not to purchase anything from this store ever. Horrible experience.

I have been to this shop yesterday (9th June 2022) at South City Mall. The place is very good. The girl who was standing in front of the entrance of this shop was very well-mannered and good natured. I liked this experience the most.
