They did not deliver my dress on time. Did not even inform that the dress isn’t ready or not.
And have been completely ignoring my calls.
Oh and they say that they work with 100% advance only. Bad experience.

Very bad customer service , they charge you hefty , don't even provide you with customisation asked for while placing the order, all the more they charge you for dress and there linings separately ... If you go and complain the owner will not even get back to you to address your problem and the rude lady in store keeps talking rudely to you over each and every Phone call...
