Extremely pathetic company and staff. They don't even deserve a single star for their products or services. I have been following up since the delivery in Oct 2022. After Sales service is a joke, one lady calmly responds that the issue is being looked into without any concrete timelines or escalation details. The store manager is a fraud and has clearly shrugged off his responsibilities saying he has resigned now after months of assurance. The company should not be allowed to operate at all.

I wish i could give them -ve points.worst sales service.We bought a dining table set;1st of all wrong product delivered which was broken fortunately which made us eligible for replacement so we asked for replacement and they agreed but it took ages to replace that. And delivery timing is after office hour (9pm) whereas it is told that it will be delivered during day. And the sales person whenever we called him he is like 'yes yes it will be done ' but he did nothing.The issue is with the sales person he is not at all attentive the while ordering the point we mentioned specifically he missed that. Anyways we are not going to buy anything from their shop and we will never recommend this shop to anyone.Buying things from them is a mental

The showroom has got an amazing collection and there's no reason you'd leave empty handed from here. The owner itself comes and shows you stuff and you feel so important as a customer.
