Spread over large enough area, has most of the tools you need for working out. Trainers are very supportive and there is no time constraint as well. Overall its a good place to workout.

The gym is well equipped with latest equipment and the trainer is very friendly especially Shantanu Da he attends everyone equally and instructions are very clear and perfect also the atmosphere is also very good . Having a great experience and also experiencing a good transformation

THE TRAINER IS JUST AWSME..SHE TRAIN EVERY INDIVIDUAL NICELY AND PROVIDES EVERY1 DIET CHART...
AND TO BE VERY HONEST IF ANYONE FOLLOWS HER DIET THAT PERSON WILL DEFINITELY LOSE WEIGHT..
BEFORE JOINING GYM MY WEIGHT WAS 72
AFTER DOING WORKOUT AND FOLLOWING HER DIET NOW MY WEIGHT IS 60.
THATS WHY I PREFER DIS GYM TO BE THE BEST 1...
