If there was an option to give zero stars I would have.
I used to get my father checked up by her since 2019, my father was diagnosed with COPD. I continued to visit her chamber in Fortis simultaneously paying her fees and running the costly tests she told us to run. In the span of three years my dad's COPD constantly worsened and turned severe, we had to get him admitted 2-3 times a year because his health was declining. Keep in mind all this while he was actively going for his regular check ups.
I would like to point out this instance, where as usual she checked my dad for not more than 10 mins after a 3 hr wait and told us to run some tests. The test bill came around 7,000 where they had also taken the bed charge when my dad didn't even stay a night in Fortis. I consulted another hospital they told me the tests maximum cost 3000. Now usually after some tests the doctor gives you medicine, advices you etc. For her the pattern is completely different. It's a vicious loophole of running tests and tests and no treatment.
After all this, finally I got my dad checked up at a government hospital where he was immediately admitted and subjected to take bi-pap, and now he is doing a lot better. Do you know why he is doing better? Because they "treated" him and did not treat him as a financial leech by telling him to run tests after tests. Ever heard of Hippocratic oath ma'am? I guess not . I am literally holding back tears as I type this because we put so much of faith and respect onto this person's hand all the while she was knowingly pushing my dad unto his untimely death. Your karma is going to hit back at you someday. Amen.

With dr sushmita roy Choudhary, it was smooth sailing.she is super efficient,sweet tempered,caring and fast to decide.will be ever grateful to her always.indrani mukherjee.

Very rude and arrogant and doesn't hear to patient problems. Fortis has overhyped her to fetch patient. I had a very bad experience. Went to consult her regarding a very small problem of mine. Immediately she ordered Fortis fabricated costly test. When the test was judged normal by the lab incharge, she over ruled it to prescribe some inhalers. That increased my problems multifolds. Immediately i stopped the inhalers to get relief.
