The process of registration is very very bad. You should come before 8am in Hospital and wait upto 12 noon and the doctor will come and see the patient.
In 2023 there is no system of online registration or making payments with this doctor. Is it to increase the popularity of doctor?? Or to put the trouble the patient in such a way.
Raised the question to the Authorities.
Hope will get a positive feedback.
Such a bad experience and got to know the system.

He may be a good neurologist but not a good human being.
The worst doctor I've ever seen. My grandpa has been a patient of Dr. Pratik Das since 2012 (the last 10 years), and lately, due to serious kidney problems, he was transferred to a nearby hospital in my area. And they suggested that the patient should undergo kidney dialysis. I was just trying to communicate with the doctor on call to consult about the operation. He didn't speak respectfully, and his behaviour was terrible. I've never seen or even anticipated such inhumane behaviour from a doctor.

Government should take proper action against them.

I lost my father for not taking appropriate decision by Dr Das. Father's creatinine crossed 10.2 and Urea 244. I personally asked if Dialysis is needed immediately. He did not go for dialysis. Another thing , he never responds over phone. At emergency you will have no option to reach him. I would advise people go for doctor who has responsibility to attend patient when patient needs immediate treatment.
