Dr Pallawi Priya is incredible. We cannot thank her enough for the exceptional level of care she has provided to my entire family during the peak of COVID19 pandemic. This was by far the most difficult time of our lives and she went above and beyond her call of duty. She was always there for our every concern. Not only she patiently listened but also calmly responded to all our queries despite a very busy schedule. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.

I have been consulting Dr. Priya for around a year and she comes across as a very responsible and highly professional medical practitioner. She is accessible, articulate and very confident in her area of expertise. While I underwent surgery twice due to the complicated nature of my medical condition, she maintained transparency from the very beginning and shared the facts, risks and probable outcomes in very clear terms which helps patients take informed decision and increases trust in doctor's capabilities. She in fact recommended taking a second opinion from other senior surgeons to cross check the diagnosis and the proposed course of medical treatment. By nature, I am a bit picky and inquisitive but she has been very patient, giving me ample time on various occasions and fully answering my queries. I got personalized care during both of my surgeries and she took care of organizing the entire logistics. In fact, I changed my choice of hospital at the very last moment and yet, she accommodated. Considering the prevailing standard cost of treatment, I believe her fee and the overall cost of treatment under her care is also reasonable. In fact, she tailored the procedure and stay at hospital to ensure it was within my budget. Talking about the actual treatment, I believe she adopts a minimalistic approach and focuses only on what is important. There were no unnecessary tests, elongated stay at hospital or pre and post-surgery medication. It has been more than 4 months now after the second surgery and I feel my condition has been treated well. I hope it doesn't relapse. I wish Dr. Priya a very successful career and hope she continues to excel in her fraternity.
