Dr Chatterjee seemed to be functioning from a place of pre-conceived notion. I was trying to explain my issue to him, without trying to understand it, he completely attributed it to stress. This diagnosis is far from truth. He was challenging me as if I was supposed to be judged for my concerns and not following up with previous doctors. He somehow managed to write a medicine after we focused on stress not being the cause. There’s a difference between development of chronic acidity due to accumulated stress and unhealthy lifestyle and momentary anxiety leading to acidity. When I was telling him my gastrointestinal symptoms, he almost wouldn’t believe and force his ideas on me. I will not suggest Dr. Chatterjee for consultation.
