We've got an apartment here, and although the price was comparatively on the cheaper side back in 2006 (year of purchase), even then the neighbourhood was rather crammed. It's rather far from the nearby metro station, but overall connectivity won't be an issue.

However, the design of the apartments could have been improved. But as usual with most promoters of properties, the builder tried to maximize the use of the available space.

Plus point for availability of garage.
