My wife is visiting here for last 4 months and undoubtedly Dr. S.M. Rahman has guided us very well. I truly believe he is one of the best! Experience with him is excellent and I am really grateful to him.

But for last one month my experience in Cradle Fertility is not good. I do feel they are taking more bookings than their capacity. Behaviour of their receptionist is very bad and they has started treating the family members of patients as "Patient Party". Overall service and experience is becoming more worse day by day!

My humble request to Cradle Fertility is please improve your hospitality. You guys are giving service to maximum people who are already in trouble or need your help, not your attitude! Please try to treat with little more care, not treat this is as "Business"!

Extremely thankful and grateful to Dr. S.M Rahaman sir and his team ,who are not only capable but also very caring. I successfully became mother of a beautiful baby at an age of 38...had many complications yet my IVF treatment was successful in its first try. In other words after coming to cradle we not only became parents but our world changed for better. Thank you once again entire Cradle team.

I visited here to undergo my treatment, which already was reffered by other doctors. Though I stay very close to theor joka centre but still I decided not to go under the treatment here for the following reasons.
1. Very poor management, once you visit there you have no clear clue where to go, where will the tests be done, what will happen next after someone has attended you, how much will it take for the process. Also the nurses and staff seems to be irritated if they are asked any questions, and they try to avoid patient questions.
2. Even for enquiry they ask to first pay the doctor visiting fees then everything will be told, and after you pay the fees even then they would not tell you anything about their packages, next again they would ask you to first get all the tests done. These is very strange, but these was what i experienced.
3. On every visit even if its after 1 day then for showing reports, they would ask for paying consulation fees, strange but they say they do not have any such policy of free 7 day consultant for report showing.
4. They have a policy of compulsory tests being done at their own centre or else they would not accept the reports.
5. The clinic is so crowded that if somebody goes under costly treatments like ivf here, i doubt they might miss the timely simulation injections.

The above review is based on my personal experience after which i decided to switch to other centre, which was though far from my place but atleast i had clear idea and communication of what is happening.
