The beautician in colors are not skilled and trained at all. They don’t even know how to do a simple eyebrow threading. The staff there named nibedita, just ruined my entire eyebrow and giving me excuse that i told her to give shape to my eyebrows, but in real i mentioned her clearly not to make it thin just to remove extra hair from thè eyebrows. The service and the staff over there are total waste and disgusting. Don’t ever visit that salon if you don’t wanna be at my shoes.

I didn't expect a brand to be this bad! interiors are filthy, dirty and shabby. Loud music, TV to add to your woes. I booked a global colour. The girl named Barsha as claimed by the salon & herself that she is the senior stylist did my service. However, she didn't know concept of mixing colours, shades, application or anything! Used excessive colour so much so that my scalp turned red. Also got allergy. Kept the colour for long time saying it's needed. And after an argument with them about the whole issue, not even a single apology for destroying my hair, scalp or anything from her or salon! Go there only if you want to ruin your experience and can bear with unhygienic interior and unprofessional things.

Pretentious and over-priced. Ruined hair , ruined look by conning me into believing that their experience, expertise and products mattered more than my personal preferences. Did not suit me, so never going back nor recommending it. Please feel free to use your own discretion.
