highly unprofessional sales rep.All of them are extremely rude, I wanted to buy a bag which got sold on the same day, so I asked the sales rep if they can check it's availability in other stores/warehouse. These people were extremely unhelpful, eventually I had to personally get the same bag shipped from the Mumbai store. Sales rep name :- Surbhi and Tanya, both of them need to learn how to interact with customers

The women named Tanya Saha who is the sales person in the store was very rude to us and behaved like we were some random people who could not afford anything from the store, behaves like she owns the store.
wanted to buy a bag but did not just because of her behaviour.
i would recommend everyone to opt for other stores in India and strict action should be taken from Coach for this sales person.

Tanya Saha probably. One of the two sales representatives. Coach needs to take action against such bad behaviour of staff. Rude and arrogant behaviour. Surely not visiting this store again.
