Story books are available. This is one of the oldest and best book stalls. They have a separate book stall for story books.

The staff is friendly, prices are competitive. you will get a discount based on your purchase type of book.

They are informative, only accept cash or debit cards.

Not accepts any UPI or Credit Card Transactions.

This is an institution in itself! One of the oldest book shops in the city and one of the biggest in one of the biggest markets for books. In an era when we didn’t have the Starmarks and Crosswords it gave us a first class experience of browsing through aisles stocked with books from all over the world under one roof where you could even read through few of them in one corner and decide if you liked it. Being a bookworm it was my favourite hangout during my childhood and remains so even today. Clearly it is well past it’s glory days and the set up now lacks the organisation, cleanliness and attention to detail of the years gone by. Still for book lovers it remains a heaven. Come here for the love for books and not discounts which may be a tad lesser than other stores. The coffee house next door presents a fine way to conclude your trip after a buying spree and an added reason to be here ????
