Few days back I and my friends went to this place . This place is basically famous for its Kababs and Biriyani. They serves different types of Kababs and Biriyani. The ambience is well decorated with beautiful pictures and wall paintings. The staffs were all well behaved and cooperative.
We have ordered some of their dishes which are highly recommended to try

????Aslam chicken :- This is a must try item. This dish is originated from old Delhi . The first bite in itself is enough to levitate in its flavour. A large amount of melted butter is poured over a perfectly roasted chicken , The butter makes the chicken softer and give it an unique taste.

???? Pudina Malai ka Chicken kabab :- It is basically tossed with mint chutney , Kebab masala and malai . This is a succulent Kabab recipe that is mouthwatering.

???? Reshmi chicken tikka :- It is one of the most popular appetizer from Mughlai cuisines. Its super juicy , tender taste melt in the mouth and gives an amazing experience.

???? Chicken Bharta kati roll :- This is one of the best recipe I ever came across. Chicken Bharta has an incredible taste which gives a perfect bite.

???? Mutton Seekh kabab :- The Mutton meat is extremely delicious perfectly mixed with flavours with few aromatic spices and herbs , cooked on a tawa with minimum oil. Its melt in the mouth texture and gives an unique taste.

???? Mutton degh Biriyani :- This is a must try and highly recommended . It serves one piece of Mutton , a piece of potato and a egg. It was perfectly cooked and flavours were perfectly balanced.

????Keema Biriyani :- This is also a must try item. The minced meat perfectly cooked with basmati rice which results an unique taste.

???? Moradabadi Chicken kali mirch :- It is a spicy thick gravy that is cooked with lots of spices and black pepper ( kali mirch ) . It is a delicious that goes perfectly well with Indian breads like Butter naan and Roti.

???? Chicken Degh Biriyani :- It's also good in taste , perfectly balanced with spices and is highly recommended.

Each and every items were fresh and tasty. Hope to have a further visit soon in future.

Chacha Jaan opens its doors for dine in at Keshtopur with authentic North Indian cuisine and Mughlai

Located 5 mins from 206 Bus Stand Footbridge connectimg Keshtopur, Chacha Jaan has been a underdog in the region.

Starting off with the starters, the mutton sheekh kebab donned our plates with minced meat, onions and the spices making it a delicious choice to kick off the evening. Next in line were the brothers in arms of Tikka, the Pudina Malai ka Chicken Tikka and Reshmi Chicken Tikka. The prior one had a mellow shade of Pudina going into the preparation as suggested by the name, while the Reshmi one was one of the juiciest and the most tender pieces I have had in a while. It is pertinent to mention that they come in choices of 3-6-12 pieces to fit your budget accordingly.

Next in line were the biryanis. All of them equally royal, and coming in different spice palates as per your choice. We were served the Chicken and Mutton Degh biryani, which is primarily slow cooked with chicken/mutton pieces and the spice going into it that is curated by Aakarsh and his team. They used natural keora water and at no point did I get a hint of Dalda being present in the same. The two other biryanis that came through were the Shahi Keema Biryani and the Hazratganj Chicken Tikka Masala Biryani. While being in a league of their own, these tow biryanis brought out the real innovative eye of the team, while keeping the quality at par with some of the best biryani joints I have tried. Originating from Hazratganj, the flavours of the same remain intact while toeing the line of the biryani that Kolkata likes is what defines the biryani. While it is not an easy line to maintain, it seems effortlessly curated by Chacha Jaan and falls under a must-try.

With the Biryani out of the way, enter the sides in the form of Chicken Tikka Makkhanwala, Moradabadi Chicken Kali Mirch and one last item that I will reveal a bit later because it deserves another spotlight of its own. The Chicken Tikka Makkhanwala comes with rich gravy infused with tomato and topped with fenugreek. Be warned, for it is for heavy eaters and absolutely worth the taste and value for money.

The final item that tops it all off, in my opinion, the Arc de Triomph of Chacha Jaan, is the Aslam Bhai ta Tandoori Murgh. The best way to probably describe it would be creamy, buttery and yet juicy and tender all of it while lowkey maintaining a spice palate. Made with hung curd and chef's special spices, it is tosses on the tandoor with butter, cream and is served with lachha onions and corriander chutney. For best experience, have a go at it with a naan or a kulcha.

With seating for about 10 people, they are still mostly based on deliveries, and if you bypass the entire Zomato delivery system, you will get additional discounts.

The Chachha Jaan's Gosht Degh Biryani is sufficient for 2 people. It contains sufficient amount of rice, a piece of Mutton, egg and potato. It had a nice aroma. It was well-cooked and it surely lifted up my taste buds.

The Murgh Shahi Chap contains a piece of Chicken, which is cooked to perfection, with a perfect blend of spices. I really liked the gravy way too much!

This is an amazing restaurant to order from. They offer a variety of items, which include Biryani, Kebabs and desserts. The food items are rich both in quality and quantity. Moreover, they maintained all safety protocols and they offered a real quick service. I would surely recommend everyone to order from this restaurant.
