Splendid - this is the expression I want to share with all regarding Guru Caterer. On 2nd. December, `18 was my daughter`s marriage and on behalf of Guru Caterer Mr. Sanatan Biswas took the responsibility of arranging dinner for my guests. It was not lavish and within the reasonable budget but very satisfying as per my guests. Fish Fry, Polao and chicken were best. But some of my guest reported me that they were in dilemma whether they should go for Vetki Fish Begum Bahar or Chicken Butter Musalla. Because both were superb. I got astonished when a few guests praised about the Dal which Biswasbabu served with Peas Kachuri. In the desert segment there were three items. KesharBhog, Sandesh and Monte Karlo Ice cream prepared by Biswasbabu. The icecream was so testy and well set that other two desert items were overridden by it. A BIG Thank to Biswasbabu. See you at the next party, obviously.
